Mr. Masiur Rahman Prodhan served as General Manager (GM) at Seba Pathology and Hospital Limited, Rangpur, joining in April 2024. He completed his post-graduation from Asian University of Bangladesh and began his career in November 2000. With experience in microfinance, project management, sales and business development, he transitioned to hospital management seven years ago. During this time, he successfully established an eye hospital, two vision centers, and two physiotherapy centers. Following the motto “Ensure service first, not just business,” he introduced new services to meet patient needs and drive hospital success. His key responsibilities included strategic planning, setting business goals and analyzing market trends. He also identified growth opportunities, managed finances, and led market research initiatives. Additionally, he guided teams, built stakeholder relationships, managed budgets, and handled marketing, sales, and negotiations.
