Founder & His Vision

Late Dr. Samsul Haque was a highly respected physician with a distinguished 37-year career dedicated to patient care and community service. Born in Kurigram in 1942, he earned his MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College in 1968 and began his career as an assistant registrar at the same institution in 1970. During the Liberation War of 1971, he provided critical medical care to those in need. In 1973, he joined Dhaka Medical College as a registrar and later expanded his expertise internationally, serving as a doctor in Libya under the Directorate General of Health Services from 1976. In 1988, he returned to Bangladesh and established Seba Pathological Centre, significantly improving diagnostic and healthcare services. Known for his vision, dedication, and compassion, Dr. Haque continued to serve patients even while battling cancer until his passing on December 5, 2005. His lifelong commitment to medicine, patient wel future generations.
